We’ve taken our years of design and building expertise, and put it into creating affordable and modern house plans, along with our house and land packages. You can follow them exactly, or use our standard house plans as inspiration and alter them to suit your section, lifestyle, needs and budget. Our team can work with you to fine-tune your chosen house plan so you get the most out of your new home.

We understand that building a home in New Zealand means working with land that isn’t always flat and square. Our house plans are designed and can be altered to maximise your site, no matter the size, shape or challenges it may throw our way. If you already have a section that you’re wanting to build on, and cannot find a plan that fits your requirements or you have your own sketch of a floor plan, Highmark Homes also offer a design and build option. Working from your sketch we can produce a computer drawn scaled plan so you can really see what your plan will look like.
