• If you choose a standard plan the cost of the full working drawings are included in the full build price.
• We offer a HomeFirst 7 Year Guarantee provided by BuiltIn NZ. BuiltIn is New Zealand’s Building Trade and Tradesman Guarantee and Insurance portal, or a 10 Year MasterBuild Guarantee (dependent on the region).
• We guarantee the quality of material used in the construction of our homes.
